Privacy Policy — Puzzled

Last updated: 11 October 2026

Puzzled (“the game”, “we”) is a puzzle game published by Thimral. This policy explains what information the game uses. Contact: Thimral.contact@thimral.com.

What stays on your device

The game has no accounts and no servers of its own. Your progress — your level and XP, puzzle and Color Sudoku levels solved, best scores, hints, streak, daily chest, gems collected and settings — is stored only on your device. We cannot see it. Uninstalling the game removes it.

Ads

The game shows ads through Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the game screens, and optional rewarded video ads (you choose to watch one to continue a game). To serve and measure ads, Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may collect and use your advertising ID and other device identifiers, IP address (and approximate location derived from it), app interactions and diagnostic information. In the European Economic Area, the UK and some other regions, we ask for your consent before ads are personalised, and you can change your choice any time in Settings → Privacy choices (shown where required). You can also reset or opt out of personalised ads in your Android settings (Settings → Google → Ads). See Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Purchases

The game has no in-app purchases.

Notifications

The game can show a daily reminder to keep your streak going. They are scheduled on your device; no information leaves it. You can turn it off in the streak screen or in Android’s notification settings.

Sharing and rating

If you choose to share the game or rate it, your device hands the request to the app you select (for example WhatsApp or Google Play). What you send there is governed by that app’s policy.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
